Shop Anniversary: Kuboya Ramen Bistro (ex 11/12/12)
Originally from October 1-31st, Kuboya has extended their 2nd year anniversary until November 12th!
The regular size ramen is essentially their large (which is emphasized by the fact that they call out size large when submitting the order to the kitchen), with a size small and regular listed on the menu. The smalls are 7 and the regulars are 10.50-12.00, with essentially five different types of broth on offer:
Located on 5th Street between Avenue A and Avenue B, the restaurant actually has quite a bit of floor space. The soup is decently sized and although lacking the strong flavors usually associated with ramen broth, it makes up by having all natural, non-additive ingredients chosen carefully and imported from Japan. As always, customization is possible with additives usually around $2 (butter corn and bean sprouts being one of them), katame (firmer noodles), and all that.
The special is: All regular size ramen @ 50% off
